16 Nov 2017 1:28 PM | Tricia (Administrator)

The Bradley School New London Regional is located in Montville, CT.  Bradley Schools across CT and RI are private educational programs for children and adolescents whose psychiatric, developmental, and/or emotional/behavioral needs impede school success in less-restrictive school settings.  We are currently seeking a full time doctoral level Psychologist to join our dedicated and growing team of Special Education Teachers, Classroom Behavior Specialists and collateral service-providers (e.g., Speech/Language Therapists, OTs).  Psychologists at Bradley Schools serve as classroom Team Leaders, providing clinical support/guidance for 2 to 3 classrooms of students ranging from grades K to 12.  Many of our students qualify for special education under the categories of Emotional Disturbance or OHI-ADD/ADHD, although some students have primary disabilities, such as Developmental Delays or Autism.

The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an accredited graduate program and will be licensed (or license-eligible) in CT.  Prior experience in a mental health and/or school setting is preferred.

Interested candidates can contact Dr. Stephen Swartzlander by email at sswartzlander@lifespan.org or by phone at 860-367-0851.

Bradley School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, religion, disability, national origin and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, referral and admission policies, and other school-administered programs.
