Dr. Prescott completed her BA at Butler and PhD in Psychology at UNL after her APA-approved predoctoral internship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Prescott is licensed as a psychologist in Indiana and Maine. Dr. Prescott directs a rural health consulting practice, evaluating and treating women and children, Hampden Psychological Consultation, PLLC.

Having served as a Federal Advocacy Coordinator for over 15 years, Dr. Prescott is positioned to lead as we elevate science, education, practice, public interest, and applied psychology.
Dr. Prescott grew up on a farm near Tipton, Indiana, with her parents, Dallas and Marilyn, and her sister, Kathleen Etchison. She’s the mother to three daughters. She is an adventurous eater and gardens in suburbia.
