Dr. Prescott completed her BA at Butler and PhD in Psychology at UNL after her APA-approved predoctoral internship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Prescott is licensed as a psychologist in Indiana and Maine. Dr. Prescott directs a rural health consulting practice, evaluating and treating women and children, Hampden Psychological Consultation, PLLC.

Dr. Prescott’s intention is to help psychologists unite and cope with all of these competing challenges. Having served as a Federal Advocacy Coordinator for over 15 years, Dr. Prescott is positioned to lead as we elevate science, education, practice, public interest, and applied psychology.
Dr. Prescott grew up on a farm near Tipton, Indiana, with her parents, Dallas and Marilyn, and her sister, Kathleen Etchison. She’s the mother to three daughters. She is an adventurous eater and gardens in suburbia.
