Abstract:

Hypnosis and/or hypnotic language can enhance patient treatment in every age group, can work seamlessly within the context of any school of psychotherapy, and is applicable in most psychological or medical treatment settings. Self-hypnosis is an invaluable tool for psychologists to use for self-care. This webinar seeks to evoke curiosity about hypnosis and provide resources to support the implementation of hypnotic strategies in clinical and self-care.
