TOPIC: Navigating Behavioral Health Services presented by Carelon Behavioral Health

Lisa and her colleagues will will share tips with us about navigating and accessing critical mental health, substance use, and other supports for children and families, including the Carelon Child and Family Division programs (Including our new community pathways and Voluntary Care Management programs),  Connecting to Care resources and how to find services and support, the Assisted Intervention Matching (AIM) Tool and Family Assistance and Social Determinant Funds that are currently available.
