The event is free and open to anyone in the state who would like to attend. Learn about common mental health problems, warning signs, important issues like relational aggression/violence and suicide prevention. Listen to wellness tips and techniques from practicing psychologists and receive resource lists for support and assistance (available in multiple languages).
