Dr. Fabianne Blake

Your child or teen may be struggling with OCD or anxiety that shows up as intrusive thoughts, compulsions, avoidance, emotional shutdowns, or school refusal. You may feel worried, exhausted, or unsure how to help, and want care that is structured, evidence-based, and compassionate. Your goal is for your child to feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and able to engage in school, relationships, and daily life with less fear and distress.
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Treatment is collaborative, developmentally appropriate, and includes parent support to reduce avoidance and build lasting coping skills.
When anxiety or OCD is affecting your child, it can feel overwhelming and isolating. It makes sense to want clear guidance and effective support. With the right treatment, meaningful change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate this alone.
