Chelsea Tucker, PhD
I help children, teens, and adults move from insight to action using culturally-sensitive, evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
I hold a PhD in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and have over a decade of clinical experience. I don’t just apply techniques; I study the research behind them to ensure your care is current and effective.
My goal is to make you an expert in your own healing process, equipping you with skills that build lasting resilience. You’ll find me warm, direct, and authentically invested in your progress. We will work as a team to define goals, map out a clear path, and track what works.
In-person and telehealth available for those located in CT, RI, NY, and PSYPACT-participating states. For telehealth, younger children must have a parent or guardian present during virtual sessions. Teens and adults attend independently.
