Job Summary – The Program Manager of the Clinical Team at the Grace S. Webb School at the Institute of Living (IOL) coordinates the clinical services for the Hartford and Avon (satellite) locations. Primary responsibilities include supervision of an experienced and dynamic clinical staff, which includes social workers, psychologists, case managers/outreach workers and a behavior analyst; consultations with teaching staff on clinical and behavioral issues; supervision and training of psychology trainees, (postdoctoral fellows, interns, practicum students), in psychotherapy, assessment, and professional development, and conducting psychological assessments. The Clinical Coordinator is a Risking Connections trainer and facilitator, and provide crisis intervention support in the milieu. This person is involved with program development and works closely with the Director of The Webb Schools to enhance existing and develop new clinical services. They organize and provide professional development offerings, including an annual Webb Schools conference for the educational public, provide consultation to school districts, and provide administrative coverage at PPT meetings. They attend administrative meetings with Webb School principals, with medical staff (consulting psychiatrists, nurses), and with IOL managers, and disseminate administrative information to the clinical team.

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) required
- Connecticut psychology license
- Experience with children and adolescents with complex mental health presentations
- Knowledge of special education a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish / English a plus
