Part-Time Clinical Psychologist (Hybrid)

Resonance Center is seeking a part-time licensed psychologist to join our collaborative, trauma-focused group practice. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person therapy in our West Hartford office with telehealth sessions.

The position begins at approximately 10–20 clinical hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload for the right candidate.

We specialize in the treatment of Complex PTSD, attachment trauma, intergenerational trauma, and immigrant mental health, providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care that integrates both science and creativity.

We’re looking for a psychologist who values depth, authenticity, lifelong learning, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Connecticut (or license-eligible). LCSWs with significant trauma experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience treating complex trauma
• Formal training in one or more evidence-based trauma therapies (e.g., EMDR, ART, IFS, TF-CBT)
• Strong clinical skills, cultural humility, and excellent documentation
• Highly reliable and able to work independently
• Experience working with diverse populations
