The University of New Haven invites applications for adjunct instructor positions in Psychology & Sociology.
The positions support the instructional needs of the Psychology and Sociology Department in teaching. Instructors would teach one or more upper level psychology courses, depending upon their qualifications.
We have a particular need for instructors in Statistics, Research Methods, and Theories of Personality.
Instructors are needed for on-the-ground classes only. At this time, the University is prioritizing on-the ground instruction, with protections and social distancing in place.
Preferred applicants would have excellent written and oral communication skills, and a Master’s or PhD in psychology. At least one year of college level teaching is also preferred. Experience with instructional technology, using web based instructional software, or other learning management systems is a plus.
