The Yale Department of Psychiatry is recruiting a full-time psychologist to serve as a Clinical Manager within the Yale Juvenile Justice Mental Health Program (YJJMHP). This position involves directing the REGIONS program for post-adjudicated youth in State of Connecticut operated or funded facilities located statewide.
Specific duties include: program development and leadership; staff training and supervision; quality assurance and improvement; coordination of care; and psychological assessment.
The position reports to the Director of the YJJMHP and involves an appointment on the Clinical Track of the Yale School of Medicine at the rank of Assistant Professor.
Requirements for the position include: licensure as a psychologist in the State of Connecticut and training and experience providing child/adolescent mental health services. Experience with DBT and pre-or post-adjudicated youth is preferred.
